POLICIES

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a €25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation is received two weeks in advance of your arrival date, with the exception of special weekends, on which one-month notice is required. We will happily refund any deposit if we are able to re-rent your room for the duration of your reservation.

Arrival Time & Departure Time

You may check in after 3:00 P.M. In order to have the accommodations ready on time for our next guests, we need to have your room available to us no later than 11:00 am.

Children & Pets

Lismar has no facilities for pets but children are welcome.

Extra Person In Room

For a third person in a room the charge is €30 per night.

Smoking

Irish law forbids smoking in all Guest Houses and Serviced apartments
